Welcome to Userview! These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Userview platform (“Service”), provided by Userview OÜ (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use the Service.

2. Use of the Service

a. Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to use our Service. By using the Service, you affirm that you are over the age of 18.

b. Account Registration: To access certain features of the Service, you may need to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to update this information to maintain its accuracy.

c. User Content: Users may upload recorded user interviews to generate analyses and syntheses. You retain ownership of any content you upload but grant the Company a non-exclusive, transferable, sublicensable, royalty-free, and worldwide license to use, store, and process such content for the purpose of providing the Service. We don’t use your content to train any AI models. We automatically delete your uploaded files once your insights have been generated.

3. Packages and Payment

a. Packages: We offer three different packages with varying features and usage limits. Details of these packages are available on our website.

b. Payment: Users can choose to subscribe on a monthly or annual basis. Payment must be made in accordance with the selected subscription plan. Failure to pay may result in the suspension or termination of your account.

c. Refund Policy: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new users who are not satisfied with our Service. To request a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of your initial subscription. Refunds will be provided in accordance with the original payment method and are subject to review based on usage and circumstances. Refunds will not be issued after the 7-day period.

4. Privacy and GDPR Compliance

a. Privacy: We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Our Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and disclose your information. By using the Service, you consent to our collection and use of your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

b.
